Tap a button, get a ride or service
Choose your ride/service and set your location. You’ll see your driver’s picture and vehicle details, and can track their arrival on the map.

Enter your destination
Once you enter the address or name of your destination, you’ll see the route your driver will take as well as your ETA. No need to give directions.

Check driver info
Before your driver arrives, you’ll see their name, photo, car make and model, and license plate number—so you know you’re entering the right vehicle.
Track your vehicle/service as it reaches you. Once your trip ends, you can pay by cash.

You rate, we listen
Rate your driver/service and provide anonymous feedback about your trip. Your input helps us make every ride a 5-star experience.
You also get a detailed cost breakdown in an invoice emailed to you.
Want to plan ahead for a taxi to the airport or railway station? You can choose to RIDE LATER by clicking the Calender icon on the ‘Confirm booking’ screen to book a taxi in advance.
