The dynamic environment of hospitality has typically made the management of room inventory and personnel a true challenge in the Housekeeping department. Real-time communication is crucial to maximize efficiency and deliver the best possible service to guests. The PerfectRoom(TM) application module of SynergyMMS provides the tools necessary to help Housekeepers stay focused on the most critical tasks while creating real-time communication between managers and staff members.

PerfectRoom includes a multilingual interface with streamlined information that makes for a comfortable and focused user experience. Housekeepers reference their list in order and the status of their work is updated in real-time. Managers can push changes in priority up to the devices so staff members always have the latest priorities in hand. Guest information can be included to personalize the experience for customers. The application included the following feature set:

•Iconic navigation/status updates

•Status updates passed in real time
•Room Rush initiation/indication

Configuration of the application now only requires a Property ID.

* Utilizes username/employee ID & password instead of only employee ID on login page.

* Supports User Lock-Out for too many incorrect login attempts.
The application supports a full range of Work Request Categories.
New configuration setting allows only the highest priority room to be worked on.
