Some sweet new iPhone 5 support.

The extra screen real estate means we can bring some of the less discoverable features front and centre on these new devices:

± toggle appears as a button on these taller devices, no longer hidden behind a double tap on the LCD.

It's also given room for a mute button inside the app itself, rather than being hidden away in the bowels of the Settings app.

Also, for your convenience is a quick clear button.
