What’s New: - Bug fixes and performance improvements Recently Released: Handshake now supports the ability to create a drop ship order on iOS. By adding the option to drop ship orders, sales reps and customers can mark a specific order for drop-shipping and add a shipping address for the order that won’t be permanently saved on the customer’s record. This setting needs to be enabled on Handshake Hub in order to appear on iOS. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions. Improved customer detail view: Handshake Rep users can now view a more easily searchable order history directly from a customer’s profile in the app. This improved view makes it easier to review past ordering behavior and duplicate or reorder from the customer’s order history. Release 5.4.23 and onward contains support for quantity discounts to make it easier for you to incentivize larger orders, increase cash flow, and turn inventory faster using Handshake. Quantity discounts enables Handshake to automatically reduce the price of a product as your customer increases the amount ordered.
