Leveraging complex event processing with real-time integration into the back-end SAP ERP (and related systems), the solution empowers business users to collaborate and address issues before they happen— enabling true ‘sense and respond’ in the Order to Cash process chain.

For the end user, the solution provides a real time view into critical business exceptions, navigate to sales order cards, create a personalized work list, review specific order details, email critical requests, and see the impact of updates made by others, in real-time!
